The program was only in its second year at that time, with only seven 1997 Corvettes produced the previous year with the R8C option. Only 140 of the 284 1998 Corvettes ordered with the R8C option still exist today, becoming more RARE as time passes and the cars are no longer in operation for whatever reason. | ||
