I have so much stuff for the Vette that I'll more than likely forget something. I drove the Vette home from Maryland in Feb. 2002, pulled it in the garage and there its sat since then. I had wanted a 4spd. and decided from the get-go that I would convert it before I ever put it on the street. Obviously these were low powered Vettes so again I wasn't about to drive it under-powered so I decided to pump it up to a 383 stroker...that was 14 years ago and many gathered parts but here it still sits. Health issues one after another during that time period kept me putting it on the back burner. Ok, so here we go for what I have and what it is and it's condition at this time. 1973 350 automatic with air,ps,pwr.windows,pb,t-tops,telescopic steering, showing less than 70k on the clock but I would think for sure that is a turnover. All matching numbers drive-train from everything I checked. Not factory color, it is red with black interior now. Interior has no rips and the dash has no cracks. Front bumper cover is cracked as they do, and gas tank leaks. Trans seals have dried out and leaked over the years in the garage. I did a compression check when I got it in the garage and it came up as if it was the low mileage as showing (well within factory specs) but the engine may just have been well taken care of. What I've gathered in parts... New front bumper cover in the box. New gas tank in the box. Complete 350 to turn into a 383 stroker to preserve the original engine. Complete new .030 383 stroker kit, Forged crank with flywheel, damper, cam & lifters, timing chain & gears, gskt.set, etc.,everything needed to complete a 383 stroker engine. Complete 4spd change-over Borg Warner T-10 with Everything from a Texas based Corvette to complete the job. Trans, linkage, shifter, bell housing, clutch, pressure plate,cross-member,drive-shaft,extra half shafts, pedal assembly and pedals, etc. Complete third member with 4.11 gear, plug and play. Used Hooker Headers and side pipes. New in the box Carter Performance Series 850cfm carb. Used Weiand and Edelbrock manifolds. Used pop out back window from another vette with new weather stripping for it. 2 new outside door handles. 2 new outside mirrors. Extra like new tail light lenses. New one piece tinted roof in box. New valve covers and timing cover in box. New under hood windshield wiper galley cover. I know I've forgotten things but everything sbc that I have will go with the vette. I have one wall in my basement with parts for it as well as a corner in my dining room. Way too much to remember. I'd have to do an inventory but I know I have way way over what I am asking for the car and everything that goes with it. I'm enclosing a picture of the car the day I picked it up in Maryland before driving it home, and pictures as it is today in the garage for 14 years never driven since brought home from Maryland. I'm asking $12,000.00 obo for the car.It needs to go so don't be afraid to make a reasonable offer...I need the space!
